1. Attendance & Punctuality : 

  • Students and teachers must attend on time.
  • Delays are only acceptable in emergencies (illness, urgent family matters).
  • Consistent attendance is key to progress.

2. Dress Code:

  • Please wear modest, respectful clothing, especially for video sessions.

3. Rescheduling & Make-Up Classes:

  • Notify the academy support team at least 5 hours before your class.
  • All communication is strictly between students and academy support (not directly with teachers). 
  • Rescheduling limit: 3 classes per month.
  • Missed without notice: Only excused for illness or family bereavement.
  • Short absences (<1 week): No need to notify support.
  • Planned holidays: Inform academy support so adjustments can be made.
  • All classes are conducted only through official meeting links provided by the academy.

4. Teacher Responsibilities:

  • If a teacher is late or absent, the academy support team must be contacted immediately. 
  • Missed time will be made up by the academy.
  • Ongoing issues: Report via email or Live Chat with support.

5. Study Plans & Monthly Classes:

  • Your plan is fixed upon enrollment.
  • To change it: notify us 2 days before your new cycle.
  • Extra hours available at $9.99/hour.
  • Extra weekdays (e.g., 5 Saturdays but 4 booked): only covered if within your plan.

6. Quality Assurance & Progress Reports:

  • We ensure high standards via teacher training, feedback, and attendance tracking.
  • Quarterly reports (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct) provided for students under 16.
  • Teachers also provide short notes after each lesson.

7. Feedback & Ratings:

  • We’ll reach out early in your journey for feedback.
  • Share suggestions anytime—your voice helps us improve

8. Privacy & Data Protection:

  • Your personal data stays confidential and secure.
  • Academy-issued emails are the only official communication.

9. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds:

  • After trial: Activate a subscription before your next class.
  • Automatic plans: Charged monthly on your registration date.
  • Manual plans: Pay monthly on the same calendar day.
  • Late payments = classes paused.
  • Refunds: Request at least 2 days before your stop date.
  • Unused classes may be refunded or rescheduled.

10. Public Holidays (Eid):

  • Eid Al-Fitr: 3 days
  • Eid Al-Adha: 5 days
  • These are teacher holidays—no make-ups offered.

11. Exclusivity Policy:

  • Students may not continue learning with TajweedTutor teachers outside the academy.

12. Leaving the Academy:

  • Inform us 2 days before your final class.
  • Sharing your reason helps us improve.

13. Intellectual Property:

  • All content, lessons, and materials belong to TajweedTutor.com.
  • Do not copy, distribute, or reuse without permission.

14. Third-Party Links:

  • External links may be provided for convenience.
  • We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
