All lessons are held via official academy meeting links only.
2. Can I contact my teacher directly?
No, all communication is strictly through academy support.
3. What if I face technical issues during class?
Contact academy support immediately. We’ll help you reschedule if needed.
4. Which platforms do you use for classes?
All lessons are conducted through our official academy meeting platform. We will send you the meeting link directly, and it works smoothly on iOS, Android, PC, or any web browser.
5. Can I record the lessons?
No, lessons cannot be recorded by students or parents. Some sessions may be recorded by the academy for quality purposes.
Scheduling & Attendance
1. How can I reschedule a class?
Contact support at least 5 hours before. Maximum 3 reschedules per month.
2. What if I miss a class without notice?
Missed classes without notice cannot be made up, except for emergencies.
3. Can I take a short break?
Breaks under 1 week don’t require notice. Longer breaks should be reported to support.
4. What happens during public holidays?
We pause for Eid Al-Fitr (3 days) and Eid Al-Adha (4 days). These are teacher holidays and are not replaced.
Pricing & Payments
1. What is the hourly rate?
$9.99 per hour.

Payments are monthly, either automatic subscription or manual renewal.

Your classes will pause until payment is received.
